Can we park next to our huts?
Our car parking is very close to the glamping field, but in order to keep everything looking its best, we don’t allow parking on the field. You will find a handy wheelbarrow next to the parking area should you need help transporting your luggage.
You are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm on your date of arrival. Your check-in is contactless and you will be sent details prior to your arrival. We are however available on-site and you can contact us on 07392 075907 should you have any difficulties.
We have 5 huts, which are well spaced out to give everyone plenty of room to enjoy.
Each hut has a king size bed (sorry no twin beds) so is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.
Yes of course, we love dogs at Silver Fern. Dogs are welcome in Bracken, King or Hart.
The dog friendly huts have an enclosed garden and we also have a small off lead area for a good run and sniff.
As we have our own animals and we are also surrounded by our neighbour’s livestock we would ask that dogs are kept on a lead and under control at all other times when not in the enclosed garden. We would also please ask you to bring your own dog bed and bedding.
Is there somewhere to get food nearby?
Just a short drive away we have lots of great food and drink venues. You can click here for our favourites.
We are quite rural so don’t have anything within walking distance but if you would like a sharing cheese board for your first night so you don’t need to worry, just let us know and we can arrange that for you
Yes, we have a great mobile service at the site so you should have no problems keeping in touch (if you want to) while you are away.
Yes. WiFi is available free of charge in the huts.
Silver Fern Glamping is an adult-only site. All guests must be over 16 and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 21.
*The only exception to this is for a group booking of the whole site
Yes, we are more than happy to accept group bookings, if the whole site is booked out. There are 5 huts, sleeping 10 people. You will receive a group discount of 10% if booking the whole site. Please contact us directly so we can arrange this with you.
We have our own small honesty shop onsite, which sells a selection of essential items you may have forgotten and also some tasty treats! We also have our own bacon, sausages, burgers and local eggs!
The town of Aberystwyth is less than 4 miles away. There are lots of shops, including Morrisons, Tesco, and Lidl so you can stock up on groceries and essentials and prehaps some treats!
We don’t want you to have to rush on your last morning with us, so check-out is 11am.
